Beginning at Cazenovia High School, The Central New York Debate League was created to empower students and educators to start, grow, and sustain speech and debate programs, regardless the school size or background. Our mission is to expand access to public speaking and debate education across Central New York by offering free resources, coaching guides, a competitive tournament league, and community support. Whether you’re a student eager to launch a club or a teacher interested in coaching, our goal is to make debate accessible, inclusive, and impactful.
